Foundations of Pole (Level 1.0): Never tried pole before? This is a great place to start. This is an introductory level pole class that will focus on basic spins, tricks and conditioning to climb.
Beginner Pole (Level 2.0): In this class you will learn to work on different climbs, aerial tricks, and begin prep for inverting. Students must take Foundations of Pole unless permission has been given by the instructor.
Intermediate Pole (Level 3.0): This class will be focusing on inverted tricks/shapes and becoming comfortable with spinning both right side up and upside down. Prerequisites: Confidently able to do basic tricks, climb, and invert on both sides.
Intro to Heels (Level 1.0): Students will learn the anatomy of heels and how to comfortably walk and dance. This class also features intro to floorwork.
Beginner Heels Flow (Level 2.0): In this class students will go over choreo as well as spins, drops, and poses in heels. Some poses will be from a pole handstand. No inverts required. Come unleash your sexy flowy side!
Lyra (Aerial Hoop)
Foundations of Lyra (Level 1.0): This is a base level lyra class perfect for first time aerial hoop students. In this class we focus on basic shapes and combos while gaining comfort on a low hoop.
Foundations/Beginner Lyra (Levels 1.0–2.0): This is a mixed class that is for both foundation level students and those looking to begin leveling up by working on climbs, rolls, and invert prep. Each student has the option of working with a high or low hoop.
Beginner Low Flow Lyra (Level 1.5): This is a class all about transitions! Each week we will explore a new mini routine with different ways to get into our foundation level moves. There is no requirement to be able to climb or invert in this class as the hoops are hung low. It is recommended that students take a few Foundations or Foundations/Beginner Lyra Classes before trying Beginner Low Flow Lyra.
Hammock
Aerial Hammock Stretch (All Levels Welcome): Safe for first-time aerial students. In this class students will work on poses for strength and flexibility using an aerial hammock.
